The homeā€™s shared living spaces have an undeniable Nashville touch from the rustic leather couch to the wooden accent wall and Music City decor. A large screen smart tv offers entertainment in the living area, a perfect place to relax, while the central dining table is great for gathering over food and drinks. Thereā€™s much to explore in the local food scene, but you can also conveniently cook at home in your fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and coffee maker.

This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms:
- Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and dual sinks.

Location of this condo was great! We were able to Uber everywhere within about 10 minutes. Super easy! Accurate to say it was close to Nissan stadium, but Walking to Broadway would have been a bit far! The condo itself was set up great and the sleeping accommodations were VERY comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious! The building was quiet. Parking was available and also easy! Having access to the building via latch was also very easy! We didnā€™t realize the condo door didnā€™t automatically lock upon closingā€”just be mindful to actually turn the lock on the door when you leave. Communication was often, prompt, clear and considerate! No negatives other than to say I expect absolute cleanliness. The master bathroom mirrors and light sconces were dusty and the shower had staining in the grout, making it a bit unsightly. With only 4 people, by the 4th shower in the morning, hot water had run short.All in all, it was a comfortable and safe place to stay.We would recommend it to others!

Great condo! Great stay! The condo is adorably decorated and well equipped. The beds are comfy! We loved the record player and record selection. Parking was easy under the building. Nissan stadium and Broadway are walkable but we used ride share and it was easy and cheap. Surrounding area has lots of food and drink. Great stay!

Overall the Jolene was amazing - decor was inviting and you knew you were in music city. Cleanliness in showers was lacking - reached out and company offered to come and remedy but we had an event to get ready for and were leaving the next day so I declined. Also stripped bed (realized I didn't need to) and there was dried blood stain on mattress protector. We were able to check in early, however, the scan app would not work until our actual check in time so that got a little confusing but again company was responsive.

Overall, this property was very clean and had everything we were looking for in our stay.One issue is that we had a smoke detector chirping for a whole day due to low battery and maintenance never arrived. Additionally, the window in the bedroom is broken and was allowing rain to soak the floor. Maintenance didn't arrive to address this either even though the host said they would.This did not hinder our trip but it would've been nice to have these problems addressed rather than just receiving the same "we will address the team and get back to you" message from the host.

The property was exactly as we expected. It was a very convenient area in East Nashville. It was extremely clean and well stocked with the necessities. I texted a couple of times about questions and they responded promptly. My family visits Nashville a couple of times a year and we will definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Music City condo. It was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for 2 couples. Good eats nearby and not far from the downtown action. The only downside was that it was within earshot of the train whistles, which started up early every morning. The street noise from Main Street was loud most nights, until 1pm or so. A good home base, for a long weekend in Music City.

Our rental was phenominal. Great for four adults. Could not have asked for more except maybe a kettle. Everything was there, tidy, neat and welcoming. Although we received some wonky messages about payment, everything turned out fantastic. Parking was tight, but advertised. t was close to everything we wanted.Friends have asked us about booking it. Thanks.

We had planned to come stay 9/26-28. We are located in Jacksonville, FL and as most of you know there was a hurricane that hit us and went to Tennessee as well. Flights were cancelled and clearly it was not safe to travel so I reached out to the property manager and asked if we could move our travel dates to the following weekend and I was told no and there would be no refund. They did end up refunding the cleaning fee but we are very upset about this entire situation as we would have been there if we could have gotten there. We will never use this property manager for any other vacations we go on. Grand Welcome is the property group.

Super cute place! Very clean, well stocked, nice location to downtown and not too far from Music Row/Grand olā€™ Opry area as well! Nice to be able to park in garage underneath. We had a little bit of trouble getting in the first time bc we didnā€™t have the LATCH app but called the hostess and got assistance right away! Definitely would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Nashville!!

We spent 4 days in Nashville for the first time. This place was excellent. The cleanliness, amenities and attention to detail was perfect for our introduction to the Music City. The location was perfect. We loved the neighborhood and the nice restaurant nearby .

Very new, clean, and out of Nashville crazy. If you stay here grab a Uber or Lyft to ride into downtown short ride around $7 each way. The only down side was the parking area at the building is very very tight so don't drive a truck. You can barely get in and out of a vehicle if there is one on each side of you.

The property is SO clean, emaculate actually. Itā€™s perfectly located- just a short Lyft ride to Broadway. (Less than 10 mins) We didn't have any trouble parking or getting into the building/room. The property has super comfortable beds and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

This apartment is clean, fresh and perfect for 2 couples. Everything is listed as promised. We had no issues with the Latch app locking or unlocking doors. This property was a little further from Broadway then we had anticipated. But Uber rides to the bars and sites were around $7 - $15 dollars.

The actual flat/condo was clean and well stocked. I have no complaints. The lobby was cute but just an empty feeling The entry to building was on an App called Latch which I was not prepared for. Though an email was sent, i somehow missed downloading the App and we got dropped off ater 9 p outiside and had trouble getting in. Called the after hours line and someone did call back to help. While we were waiting, the location is across a liquor store and there was commotion from various people that made us feel slightly uneasy. Plus our uber driver didn't help by saying the location was not safe. Never feels calming when you are new to an area.

Overall the property was amazing. It was very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The proximity to downtown and lower Broadway was a convenience. I wish the parking beneath the building had a gated entrance for a little bit of added security. Overall a 5/5 and would stay here again.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated! The beds were comfy and bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen had the basics needed. It it walking distance to a number of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The latch app to get in was a hassle. I had to remind them to send the email. There was no way to get in the property without it. They approved early check in, but then did not change the time on the app so was unable to get in without calling them. To unlock the room door we had to scan plus enter a key code. It would be an absolute nightmare if your phone went dead. Some street noise in master bedroom, but overall the space was very nice!
