During your stay, you`ll have exclusive access to the entire home, including the expansive backyard, ensuring both privacy and a luxurious experience. From the moment you arrive, the space is yours to enjoy—whether you`re relaxing in the peaceful ambiance or making memories with those closest to you. With no shared spaces, you can unwind in comfort and embrace the ultimate getaway!

We provide our guests with total privacy, but we`re always just a message or phone call away if needed.

Every Wednesday, the pool and spa company does come by the home to check the levels on the pool and spa and to clean and treat them. They typically come around 11am and won’t disturb you other than needing to access the back yard.

Stay close to the heart of the city while enjoying a walkable neighborhood vibe. You`ll be within walking distance to the Nations, one of Nashville’s trendiest neighborhoods. Stroll over to local favorites like Frothy Monkey, Nicky’s Coal Fired, and 51st Deli, or explore the area’s growing mix of coffee shops, breweries, and boutiques. Downtown Nashville is just an 8–10 minute drive, giving you quick access to live music, museums, and all the energy of Broadway while staying in a vibrant and laid-back part of town!

We highly recommend using a rideshare like Uber or Lyft, as many of Nashville’s must-see spots are just a short ride away. It’s a convenient way to spend more time exploring and less time worrying about parking!

ATTENTION LOCAL GUESTS: All locals must send an `inquiry` first using the `Message Host` option on the booking page to state the purpose of your visit, so we can check to see if we would be able to accommodate your stay; otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel any confirmed reservation made without our approval.

The heated pool fee is $100/night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature; please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler may not be as warm as you might expect. For example, if the ambient nightly temperature is only 55 degrees, then the pool might heat up to 75-80 degrees. We recommend that the pool be heated in the months between October to May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you`d like the pool heated. The pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay.

1. Bachelor and Bachelorette parties ARE allowed
2. Only registered guests allowed in the home
3. Absolutely no smoking, of any kind, is allowed inside of the home (Smoking outside is allowed but responsible disposal of butts is required and please close all doors and windows)
4. No pets
5. No exception to check in and check out times, unless previously discussed and agreed to with us
6. Remove all shoes upon entering the home - please share this with all guests (the booking party is responsible for any damage to rugs, carpets, etc)
7. Please share any damages that occur with us right away - we understand that things happen and will work with you on a solution. But please don`t put us in a tight situation while we are preparing the home for another guest and dealing with a surprise problem!
8. Guests should dispose of all garbage in the trash can
9. Do not use the premises for any illegal activity
10. Any guests that are located within Tennessee MUST contact us prior to booking or the reservation will be cancelled
11. ONLY use blue painters tape to hang up decorations (absolutely no other form of adhesive whatsoever)
12. If you choose to use the pool and/or the hot tub, you are doing so at your own risk and are agreeing to release Carebnb, LLC and the property owner that they represent of any and all liabilities that are associated with said use
