Spacious, quiet, safe Townhouse located on The Nashboro Golf Course. Stunning View of Hole #2 along with Pool and access. Pool is open mid May until late September.

Guests will have the entire house to themselves. There are 2 very comfortable Queen size bed upstairs and a cozy couch downstairs. There is also a twin air mattress with a built in pump that inflates in 1 minute. Sleeps 5 total.

Close proximity to: Nashville International Airport, Opryland Hotel / Opry Mills Mall, Grand Ole Opry, and 20 mins to Downtown/Music Row. This location can accommodate business travelers as well as couples or individuals looking for a home away from home while in Nashville!

1 mile from Kroger, Starbucks, and restaurants.

10 minutes to Percy Priest Lake.

10 mins to the Airport.

20-23 mins to downtown Nashville and Music Row. Some of my favorites restaurants are: ACME, Husk, Rolf and Daughters, Five Points Pizza, Hattie B's Chicken, Valentino's, 5th and Taylor, The Yellow Porch, and The Pharmacy. I suggest using Lyft or Uber because of the parking downtown.

35 minutes to beautiful, historic Franklin, TN.

GUESTS ACCESS:

Guests have access to the pool, which is open from early May until late September.

The pool is a 4 minute walk from the home.

Interaction with guests

I am available if guests need any sort of help or assistance.

Other things to note:

24 hour video surveillance outside for guests’ security.

Amazon Echo is downstairs.

High Speed Internet with Netflix and Prime Video.
