• The pool and fitness center are communal amenities. The pool is seasonal (typically Memorial Day–Labor Day) and weather dependent. Hours and availability are set by the building/HOA and may change.

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
