The Space Welcome to Pine Street Flats! Located in the Gulch, this small studio is perfect for a jam-packed weekend hanging out Downtown! With modern amenities like a full gym and saltwater pool, you are sure to find comfort in this small urban sanctuary. The studio has a comfortable queen-sized murphy bed that easily folds into the wall for extra space, a full bathroom and walk in closet, and a well-equipped kitchen.

Parking: Paid parking is available onsite. We can provide ONE parking pass for the residential section of the garage for $40/day. Residential parking guarantees one parking spot with in-and-out privileges. The second option is to park in the public section of the garage which typically starts at $40/day however WITHOUT in-and-out privileges and no guaranteed spot. *No in -and-out privileges means if you leave the parking garage and return, you will need to restart your parking session and pay again. In wither retail or residential, UrbanNashville is not responsible for any towing, booting, or ticketing fees. Please inquire if you would like to purchase a residential parking pass prior to arrival. Public parking is paid onsite upon arrival via a parking app

This can sometimes cause the bed to squeak as you climb in and out of it. → Parking is provided for one vehicle. → We are located on the 1st floor of our building → If this unit isn't available, we have other Pine Street Flats! → Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate of other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm. → There are a dishwasher and ice maker. Laundry is in the unit. Towels & linen are provided (including linen & pillows for the sofa bed). Travel-sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper. → This unit is near some train tracks! The train comes and goes throughout the day. Some guests have mentioned the noise, others do not notice it at all! → Our team is around 24/7 for any emergency that may arise. → The permit # can be found in the listing captions.

RIDESHARE There are rideshares all over the city from Uber, Lyft, and even Earth Rides (Tesla cars only). They are easy to call anytime day or night. Pro traveler tip: download all apps to your phone so you can compare prices and get the cheapest option!
TAXIS See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs.
MTA BUSES The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors.
NASHVILLE B-CYCLE Nashville's bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike! One is located just two blocks from the lofts at the corner of 11th & Pine St.

Great location and a decent stay. We use this platform rather than the other because the places here usually have more home-like amenities. This is bare bones like most from the other platform (tiny hotel coffee pot with coffee but no sugar/creamer). We ate all meals out but don't think it would be a great cooking kitchen. We aren't germaphobes but it could use a deep clean. First time entry was not perfect but once you get the key fob, it's easy breezy. We'd stay again for the location but stop at the market first.

This was a clean and well stocked apartment that was walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.They had a coffee pot and coffee which made my husband very happy.We will definitely book here next time we travel to Nashville!

Great Location
We enjoyed being off the main strip as it was quiet in the evening and close to great breakfast options in the morning. The unit was perfect for my wife and me. We enjoyed having scooters nearby to use and easy access for Uber pick up and drop off. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Nashville.

When we arrived in our room we noticed how dusty the floor and vents were. We found a vape device in the laundry area. The bed was very uncomfortable. The property is located perfectly in the hub of the gulch. The gym was wonderful. Unfortunately the pool was drained but it is understandable due to the fact that we are in April.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall!
The location, property, and overall experience exceeded our expectations to say the least. Everywhere we wanted to go was walkable and the room provided a very comfortable spot to relax in and rest up. Our one minor note was that the bath water appeared to be somewhat of a greenish/blueish color on our last two days, indicating relatively high copper levels in the tub water, which made us question the safety of the water in the unit for that period of time. Other than that, we were definitely satisfied overall!

Nashville for Bridgestone Arena Concert
We enjoyed this Clean secure apartment with on site parking. Close to several restaurants and about a seventeen minute walk to the arena and downtown. Would stay here again.
