Outdoor Living
The upper deck overlooks a calm, protected shoreline near Sunset Island — ideal for morning coffee or quiet evening meals.
The lower patio offers comfortable seating and a fire table. From there, it’s just 57 easy steps across a gently sloped grassy yard to the water’s edge, where you can kayak, fish, or simply enjoy the lake, with easy access to the main channel just beyond the shoreline.
The dock is permitted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and may be enjoyed as part of the outdoor space, though it is not advertised as a guaranteed amenity.
Wildlife is part of the experience here. Deer frequently graze in the yard, turtles sun along the shoreline, geese pass at dawn, and fox sightings are occasional.
Evenings often end at the wood-burning firepit as stars reflect across the water.
