There are many many perks to this Home, it's accommodations and ability to house from 1 guest to 8 guests comfortably, it's natural lighting & open space floor plan to name a few (1500 sq. ft.) The Home is in an older, rooted neighborhood that is super QUIET with no thru traffic. The only night sounds are of nature. It is located between 2 lakes, Old Hickory Lake & Percy Priest Lake for those water lovers, boat launch & fishing area very close. This place is Immaculate & Clean. Owner/host is an artist, musician, interior designer specializing in home renovation with a flair for color & style. There are 4 Bedrooms (king, queen, 2 fulls) which can accomodate 8 people, 1.5 baths. Master/king bedroom has remote adjustable sleep number bed. Awesome screened in patio/deck with patio furniture for dining outdoors + another deck area with table & chairs, rock/ flower gardens with bird sanctuary, parking for 4 vehicles in private driveway, Main living room with 45" TV + Den/ Bonus Room/ Bedroom with 32" TV with a separate entrance door opening to back deck area. Master Bdrm also has wall hung 32" tv. Guests can bring a boat, jet skis, or water sport toys to enjoy our lakes. There is a fire pit in the back yard that guests are allowed to use with lawn chairs & wood provided behind the shed should guests choose to make a bonfire. There's also a hammock built for two in the gardens... Nice for relaxing in the sun, night time star gazing, or cuddling. Host provides guests with a bottle of wine, coffee, tea, sugar, half-n-half, popcorn, fruit bowl & other spontaneous treats. The house is stocked with every amenity you should need such as shampoo/ conditioner, soap, body wash, towels, sheets/ bedding, extra pillows, 2 hairdryers, 2 flat irons & curling iron for hair, iron/ iron board, dishes, pots/pans, night lights, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and more.
