Coffee on the sky deck at sunrise, a pool for the hot part of the afternoon, and Marathon Village at street level when you want espresso, whiskey or a live set. Five minutes to The Gulch, seven to Broadway, and a door you can close on all of it. Better than a hotel, and not remotely the same.

The condo features secure entry and elevator access for convenience. Free parking is available on-site, and you’ll have the entire unit to yourself for a private, comfortable stay. Whether you’re here for the nightlife, historic landmarks, or southern flavors, this neighborhood puts you close to it all—while still offering a quiet retreat to recharge.



Getting Around:

From Revelery at 1865, exploring Nashville is a breeze. Broadway and downtown attractions are just 5 minutes away by car or rideshare, with scooters and bikes readily available nearby for quick trips. The neighborhood is walkable to local coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants, while the airport is only about 15 minutes away. Whether you’re driving, using Uber/Lyft, or hopping on public transit, getting around Music City couldn’t be easier.



Other Things to Note:

**Train tracks are located behind the property and passing trains may occasionally be heard.



**This complex is majority Short Term Rentals so there is a chance you may hear other guest in the building.



**Note regarding the pool: It is up to our HOA to determine the exact date of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year. It is heated but only enough not to freeze during the Winter.



**Please do not order any kind of shipment on the property as mail boxes are locked by owners!



We are located in the heart of Downtown Nashville, where the vibrant city life adds to the charm of your stay. However, you may occasionally hear sounds from cars, planes, trains, party buses, dogs, other guests in the building, or lively passersby enjoying the area. While we can't control these elements, we hope you’ll embrace the energy of Music City as part of your experience!
