"I’ve wanted to stay here ever since I was a student at IU. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was amazing overall. The location is perfect, close to downtown and campus. No complaints and would definitely recommend!"

"I loved the room "quiet" it was extreemly clean and quiet and the hot tub was easily accessable and also was clean and nice to hang out in...the only thing that was a bit hard for me was sewell road, its not in the best shape and i drive a sports car with 20 inch rims so i could only go about 10mph up the road till i reached the location but that is not the hosts fault they can not control the condition of the street, other then that it was a wonderful experience and earn 5 stars in all aspects...

"My best friend and I came for a girls weekend. We liked that it’s close to Bloomington and Nashville and was still out in the country away from all the craziness. Our room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of walking around Nashville. We will definitely be staying again."

"As an introvert in town for the weekend to visit friends, I needed my own space to decompress. The facilities were great and I didn't need to interact with anyone the entire time I was here, which was ideal. Personal codes were provided beforehand for the exterior door and the interior door to my room, which made everything smooth."

"This is a lovely and comfortable farmhouse turned into a B&B. We had a lovely room with en suite bathroom (claw foot tub with a shower). There is a beautiful parlor and a dining room with self-serve coffee, tea etc, breakfast (baked goods, boiled eggs) and snack foods and refrigerated beverages. The house is on a country road but just a mile from the built-up part of the road in Bloomington with Kroger, CVS, restaurants. There is a 2 mile walking trail we didnt have time to enjoy (next...

"This property is wonderful!! We are repeat visitors and are planning for another stay there in the fall. The suite is well maintained, well designed and decorated- keep in mind it is not newly built but has so much charm 😊. The people that work there and run the hotel are friendly and very kind & helpful - I highly recommend this place and just know it would be an amazing experience if you are in the Brown County area!"
