"I’ve stayed in other desert camps around the world and my impression was that Mazayen could be more authentic and it’s definitely not good value for the price. The rooms are ok and comfy enough, but it looks like a regular hotel room. Bathroom cleanliness was a big issue as it looked like it wasn’t cleaned after previous use.
