"Worst hotel experience ever. If I could give negative stars, I would. The staff were some of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. There was absolutely no respect for guests. The room was never properly cleaned, and the food was something else—in the worst possible way. The whole experience was extremely disappointing. I would never come back to this hotel, even if they offered me a free room for life."

"Terrivel. O pior do pior. "

"I’ve spent just one night, I don’t have many things to say, but everything was ok, the attendant was really nice during the checkin and I also had one massage that was really awesome."

The dinner disappointed us a lot. The amount charged does not match the reality of the dishes. It is overrated and frustrated our expectations."
