In the bird paradise, an oasis of silence, the best recreation for you!

Bienvenue! We welcome you! Our studio is artfully and comfortably furnished, we use natural materials. You will find a 1 bedroom studio with its own private entrance, private terrace, private garden and shared pool. They have a double bed and wooden wardrobe and a sofa bed. If required, a guest bed for a child or a baby bed can be delivered. From the dining area you look into the garden with the beautiful oleander bushes. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook creatively.

The living room:
The area is 35 square meters. The pool is 6x8 meters. The garden has about 200 square meters, is surrounded by flowering Oleanderbüschen, where you will find cozy, shady spots. The entrance to the pool is limited by a fence with a lockable door. Very convenient for our guests with small children or pets. These can not enter the pool area without the door open.

Access for guests:
You have access through your own private entrance to your studio, here to the living or Sleeping area and bathroom, to the terrace, to the garden in front of your entrance and to the pool.
The pool is shared by the guests of the other two apartments.
The entrance door is 1 meter wide.

The entrance door is 1 meter wide (access with wheelchair possible. Please note, the entrance to the bathroom is too narrow for a wheelchair).

Your neighborhood:
In the middle of the nature reserve, in a bird paradise, where flamingos, storks and other migratory birds nest for breeding, you will find an oasis of peace, without traffic.
The beautiful old Katharer place, Gruissan is 4 kilometers away, where you will find a variety of restaurants, shopping and cultural attractions. Twice a week the weekly market takes place. Gruissan is located directly on the sea. Narbonne, the oldest city in France with the medieval cathedral invites you to stroll.

The house, in which two more apartments are rented, stands alone in the middle of nature.

The apartment with the garden in front of it is confined with a fence leading to the outside with a lockable door. It is therefore very beneficial if you have small children or pets. These can then stay in the apartment and in the garden, but can not get outside.

Arriving by train: Narbonne train station. Narbonne is 8 km away.

For cyclists and hikers Petit Tournebelle is an ideal place for nature and sea tours, as well as in the Pyrenees for sightseeing of old villages and discoveries of their own.
