  • No centro histórico, no segundo andar do belo e monumental Palazzo Filangieri do século XVII, experimente a verdadeira atmosfera de uma bela casa napolitana em um oásis de tranquilidade.
    O apartamento de 110 metros quadrados, equipado com todos os confortos e totalmente equipado, oferece até 5 camas. A localização é estratégica, a poucos passos dos principais monumentos e locais de interesse: a Capela Sansevero, o Mosteiro de Santa Chiara, Nápoles Subterrânea, San Lorenzo Maggiore, o Museu Arqueológico Nacional.
    O apartamento é composto por uma ampla sala de estar com um confortável sofá-cama duplo; um quarto / escritório, com uma cama de solteiro, que leva, com uma conveniente escada em forma de quadrado, a um encantador mezanino onde está localizado um grande quarto duplo, equipado com uma porta com chave; banheiro e cozinha, para um total de 5 camas.
    O apartamento, cuidadosamente decorado com peças antigas, foi restaurado até o último detalhe.
    A cozinha está equipada com todos os aparelhos. A casa tem ar condicionado e um sistema de aquecimento independente. O prédio tem um elevador.

We had a great stay in Napoli, the building is in the center of the historic district, in walking distance of museums, restaurants, etc. Giulia was incredible, she was waiting for us at arrival and gave us indications and suggestions of where to go and things to do.

Great place to stay-close to everything. Apartment was beautiful and host was very accessible. Really great to be in such an old building. Because it’s in the middle of the city it was very noisy. Otherwise was perfect. Highly recommend!

Great spot with so much history! The building is a destination in itself. Right beside all the action on the Main Street, but quiet enough at night. Great location for two adults and 3 kids. We walked everywhere. Apartment was immaculate and Giulia communicated very well and was a great host! Would love to come back again.

Beautiful well apointed apartment in historic Neapolitan Palace, centrally located to the most important churches, palaces and sites in the historic center of Naples. A must for history aficionados. Host Giulia was amazing, offering useful advice and information for everything ranging from history, practical transportation and recommended walking and excursions, including beaches and other recreation. Great location and pricing and an amazing overall experience for anyone either visiting the first time, or for those who know the city and want a central location. For those who know the culture, they will appreciate the well stocked kitchen, complete with coffee and tea pots and coffee and tea themselves. Giulia provides numerous books, guides and maps and Italian and English summaries in folders, and even a vintage piano. The building also has a friendly and helpful doorman.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to all the best spots. It is in a restricted car area for most of the day/night so we did have to walk a little with our luggage down the cobblestone streets when we arrived. But the taxi was able to pick us up early in the morning right at our location which was much better! Having a washer machine was perfect for us. Giulia was amazing! She helped coordinate all the taxis for us and was there to help us out with our travel when our ferry was cancelled. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Naples!

We stayed for 4 weeks for a working holiday and had a wonderful time. Giulia is a perfect host, always helpful, with lots of practical tips. Communication is always quick and easy. Napoli is fantastic and Giulia's appartement a great place to live, a calm island within in the heart of this vivid city. Many thanks again - we are looking forward to come back next year!

Great Stay in Historic Center

The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and is situated in an incredible centuries old building. Giulia was gracious and hospitable and gave us excellent recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants in the area, and helped get a taxi reservation for our last day. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Excellent location, love Naples

Giulia is an excellent host. The overview and her suggestions were spot on. She was quick to respond to questions. Great to have a washer, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is really vibrant but the apartment is very quiet and also we felt very safe at all hours. Take note of the pictures of the stairs to the upper (very nice)room. We're in our 60's but may not want to deal with that in our 70's. Elevator was handy for luggage but we didn't mind the 2 flights of stairs. We would recommend.

Lovely lemon grove

The property was a short, steep walk out of the back of the town Beautiful location stepping out into a lemon grove at the back. It was a smalll compact apartment but had everything you need.

The perfect apartment for our week in Naples!

5 stars for the apartment but I’d give Giulia 10! For us, being in the old town was perfect with easy access to everywhere worth visiting. Apt was well maintained, equipped and roomy. Just as important was the interaction and communication with Giulia. Due to a family illness we had to change our arrangements with her 3 times. She was most gracious and accommodating during our stay making arrangements for us. We’ve stayed in dozens of rentals throughout Europe and this one is right there at the top. Thanks for a wonderful experience Giulia!

An authentic experience.

My daughter and I had a great experience in Naples. Guilia was wonderful. I hurt my neck and was in a lot of pain on Sunday when the pharmacies were closed. My daughter called Guila to ask her where we could find an open pharmacy and she came over brought me somethings to help. She didn't have to do this and it helped me so much. It felt like staying with a friend. She also helped us plan our excursions. The location was great and it felt like we were living like real Italians.

An Authentic Experience of Napoli

The home seems to be much as it was in appearance when built centuries ago. Of course the modern necessities such as air and electricity and water are installed and function well.. A loud flushing toilet! Our taxi driver , on arrival, claimed he couldn’t get close to the apt and dropped us some distance from the entrance. Strangely enough the taxi the landlady called to take us to the train found his way to the entrance of the house. It was a realistic Neapolitan location with many pizza places, trattorias, small grocery stores, lots of people strolling the alleys and narrow passages and still inside the home, it was relatively quiet and calming coming in out of the melee which is Napoli.

An Oasis within the Frantic Vitality of Old Town Naples

Although I don't usually leave reviews, this lovely apartment (and host) calls for one. It is hard to imagine a more delightful place to stay in Naples--completely quiet although only a half block from the liveliest street in the old town (and from a great pizza place--del Grifo). The pictures don't quite do the apartment justice; it's uncluttered and a bit larger than it looks (within the 16th-century Palazzo Filangieri d'Arianello). Giulia is a knowledgeable guide to Naples, and helpfully arranged (lowest price) taxis. Perhaps the only difficulty for some might be the bedroom up the circular flight of stairs, but there is also a comfortable large bed made from the sofa downstairs for those who prefer that. I've already recommended this place to friends.

Awesome Apartment in the Heart of Old Town Naples

Giulia was a wonderful host and provided all the information you need about places to go and things to see in and around Naples. The apartment is lovely and easily accommodated a family of four. Hidden behind big beautiful wooden doors, you'll find the most lovely courtyard leading up to the apartment. We had a wonderful 3 days and despite two full days away from Naples, we were able to take advantage of Guilia's suggestions and see some marvelous historic sites -- all within minutes of the apartment.

lovely apartment in a great location

This spacious apartment, in a beautiful old building, is right off Via Tribunali. There are lots of shops, restaurants, and attractions right at the doorstep. We could walk everywhere, or easily get the metro from Piazza Dante. Guilia was very helpful! The air conditioning was much appreciated, and we slept well. Great for a visit to beautiful, lively Naples!

Great location. Clean. Quiet.

The giant sized outside door leading into the courtyard was right out of 1200BC, really. The building was a monestary and had amazing details. The lift was very old but charming with the double doors and the apartment is well taken care of by Guliana who greeted us warmly and spent some much appreciated time with us explaining the city, what not to miss, and foods to eat. Though I found Naples a bit wild, it had a soul I hadn’t felt in the other cities we visited. The loft bedroom was quiet and comfortable though the spiral stairs took some getting use to. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a central location, safe, and nicely kept place. There were just the two of us but it could easily accommodate a family. The restaurant right across the street was excellent as well and the service great.

Excellent apartment in heart of centro storico.

A wonderful apartment in the heart of the historical district on Naples. Conveniently located next to great restaurants. Easy access to all of the major attractions. Guilia was a wonderful host. Gave a great overview of Naples. Provided useful maps and guides. Even arranged for a taxi on our day of departure and looked up the hydrofoil schedule to ensure a seamless transition to Capri. Would stay here again on a future trip to Naples!

Très bel appartement, extrêmement bien situé dans un bel immeuble historique; la propriétaire est juste à côté et très serviable. Tout est très propre et très calme. L'équipement de la cuisine est minimal mais suffisant (et il y a tellement de street food délicieuse que nous l'avons très peu utilisée !).

Eine schöne Unterkunft, sehr zentral gelegen

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Giulia als Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend, sie hilft mit vielen Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Die Lage der Wohnung in der Altstadt war für uns sehr passend: Mittendrin. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Und trotzdem ist die Wohnung selbst sehr ruhig. Wir konnten in der Nähe alles einkaufen für unsere Verpflegung. Etwas schade war, dass die Spülmaschine nicht funktioniert hat, da wir regelmäßig gekocht haben. Dass der Palazzo Filangieri, in dem die Wohnung sich befindet, schon Johann Wolfgang von Goethe und Herzogin Anna Amalie von Sachsen-Weimar-Eisennach als Unterkunft diente, macht einen besonderen Reiz dieser Unterkunft aus; ebenso wie der historische Fahrstuhl, laut Beschreibung der Erste seiner Art in Neapel. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Le charme d'un ancien palais en plein centre ville

L'accueil de Giulia a été très sympathique et chaleureux. Elle s'est montrée très disponible durant tout notre séjour et toujours de bon conseil. L'appartement est bien adapté pour un séjour à 2 ou 3 personnes; il est parfaitement situé dans le centre historique de Naples, idéal pour visiter toute la ville et en profiter pleinement. Cet appartement est plein de charme, comme la vieille ville de Naples !
