Beautiful 1 Bedroom Condo - Steps to the Gulf Coast - Relax and Enjoy the Beach

Beautiful upgraded 1 bedroom condo - steps to the beach. Granite kitchen with stainless appliances, granite and tile bathroom with bronze fixtures throughout. New AC with 2 large ceiling fans in kitchen and bedroom. Very comfortable king bed and a sofa with a queen Serta sleeper mattress. A new 46 inch TV . Condo also has internet and WIFI.
Dishes & cookware, sheets & towels, hairdryer, beach chairs / beach towels/ cooler - extra pillows and blankets are included.

**Please Note: Due to hurricane Ian and damage to the Beach & Tennis Club property, the tennis courts are still under renovation in 2025 and therefore not accessible at this time. Both pools have been renovated and are now both open (as of April 2nd, 2025). Will post when there is an update on the tennis courts. There has been a temporary pickleball court added in the meantime. There is also some ongoing construction on the walkways, lobbies and some of the lanais in building 5. However the beach is just across the street and fully open and has actually been expanded with new sand since the last set of storms in 2024. There are 2 restaurants nearby - Coconut Jacks on the bay and Docs Beach House on the beach are both within walking distance. Doc’s also has fun beach equipment like jet skis, parasailing, sunfish and paddle boards. My summer rates have been reduced due to the remaining construction. This condo has had the lanai renovated and provides a nice view of the gulf!

Very good location and unit overlooking the ocean.

The location is excellent.It is very unfortuante that the Beach and Tennis Club is still recovering from hurricane Ian a few years ago with a lot of work being done.

Tres beau condo. Spacieux malgré que c'est un studio. Juste de l'autre coté d'une magnifique plage. Proche des épiceries et pharmacies. Le divan lit est brisé et, nous avons eu d'énormes coquerelles durant la nuit à la tête de notre lit. La propriétaire nous n'a pas répondu. Nous avons mis nous même un produit, avons trouver que des insectes morts au matin. De plus nous avons acheté un matelas gonflabe.

Beautiful Bonita Springs

We found it this property was beautiful and very well-maintained. The host was very receptive with every communication. It is an absolutely ideal location to enjoy the beach and the two restaurants within walking distance were both excellent! Overall this was an outstanding property!

Great location

Place was great, close to many restaurants and beach. Property was perfect for 2. Communication with owner was fantastic. Only glitch was construction that woke us up early , owner didn’t know about it and credited us some money back. It was a wonderful Vacation and we hope to be back!

Awesome beach access

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Positives -- quick responses from the owner, -- close proximity and easy walk to the beach -- nice walking trail; goes about 2.5 miles down -- screened lanai is awesome -- strong, fast internet -- 4 bath towel sets and 4 beach towels -- large parking lot, so we never had issues with parking -- The Cafe at Bonita Beach was one of my favorite stops for lunch -- delicious food and smoothies Other comments: -- The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots and pans. However, there is no oil or nonstick spray, no seasonings besides salt and pepper, and no condiments. Just know that if you plan to cook there. -- I'm a bit of a clean freak, and the floors could've been cleaner. Fortunately, there was a broom and vacuum in the closet, so I made good use of them and some cleaning products to scrub the kitchen floor. -- There is a lot of traffic in that area, so it is sometimes challenging to get out of the parking lot to turn left. -- Laundry -- you'll need quarters. Liquid detergent was supplied. I brought a few dryer sheets, and you can also purchase them in the laundry room. -- Small hot water heater -- ladies -- so no deep conditioning your hair along with a shave in a long hot shower!!

View of the gulf from our screened porch, wonderful. Apartment was ok, had most things we needed and lots of extra stuff around that we did not need. Reported 4 roaches to the owner, who responded swiftly. Missed hot water in both sinks, but the shower was fine.

Beautiful condo and beach

Our first time staying in the area and this super cute condo! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back! The condo was exactly as pictured. Clean, well appointed and very close to the beach. Loved the easy access to the condo and the beach. Since it was our first time going to the area, we were very surprised at the number of people on the beach however it was Christmas Day! There are 2 restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed Coconut Jacks! Not a fan of Doc’s on the beach. Owner was VERY easy and wonderful to work with. Communication was quick and helpful! Wonderful condo and experience!

Relaxing stay

This property is amazing just steps away from the beach ⛱. Across from bearfoot Beach where the sandy beaches and the summer weather is so beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely be back! I recommend this place!!!

Perfect Beach Retreat

Condo was the perfect place to eat meals and spend the night after being at the beach all day. The beach is just a short walk across the street and the room had everything needed for a day at the beach, great place!

This is a nice condo. Location is great if you are a beach person. But the condo is really a large hotel size room and no privacy for the persons sleeping and the bathroom is tight. We probably would not come back as we are not beach people and the traffic is terrible.

The property was everything presented and more. Location and Services 1st Class. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 concerns and businesses closing down. we left on March 17. A loss of 4 days. What is VRBO policy on this?
