While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes, and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and accessible right across the street from this condo complex. The sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made every day. Although ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach - local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!
Bonita Beach & Tennis continues to rebuild while re-opening in a limited capacity since hurricane Ian. The condo complex is a "construction zone." This will include but not limited to ongoing construction around the 5 condo towers, and common areas of the property. The tennis courts are currently closed.

The kitchen in this condo exceeds what you may expect in a studio space with full size refrigerator/freezer, oven with smooth-top stove and microwave. Cookware, dinnerware and several small electrical kitchen appliances to include a Keurig K Cup are included as well.

Close to the sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding, kayaking and the famous Docs Restaurant. Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can walk to the beach, and free unlimited WiFi. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.

This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.
