Located in the subdivision of Amador, the house has a spacious open floor plan that leads out to a private screened lanai with heated pool, spa. The master suite has a large ensuite bath with shower. At the front of the home are two guest bedrooms with a shared bath The home rental comes with the option to transfer the Fiddler’s Creek Club & Spa membership for the duration of your stay (for a $750 one time fee) - this membership affords access to the 54,000 square foot club complete with a multi-pool aquatics complex, sundecks with chaise lounges where you can enjoy food and beverage service, a state of the art fitness center, full service spa, tennis and pickle ball courts and both casual and fine dining restaurants. A member activity calendar includes options such as bird watching, spinning classes, wine tasting events, and themed dinner parties. Fiddler’s Creek is conveniently located in the growing Southeast Naples corridor about 10 minutes drive to the white sand beaches of Marco Island and about 20 minutes from downtown Naples/5th Ave S. Conveniences including multiple grocery stores and many restaurants are within minutes of the gates.
