Two bedrooms: 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds, living room, dining room, kitchen, garden patio, front and back yards, ample parking on a quiet dead-end street walking distance to Naples Botanical Garden. There are surveillance cameras on all sides of house's exterior. This is a side-by-side Duplex with a vacation rental on both sides. ~*~ HOUSE RULES: NO Parties. No Smoking. No Pets. Photo ID Required. Minimum age required is 25 yrs. No Candles or open flames permitted. No more than the number of guests permitted to stay than what's on the reservation. If these house rules are broken you will be told to leave. No refund will be given. DO NOT FLUSH WIPES OF ANY KIND. You will be responsible for the plumbing bill and it's not cheap!
