"We arrived the day before the first Kona storm. First off let me say the unit was as advertised. Very nice with great view and everything you would need was there. When we arrived we terrible cell service at the hotel so I couldnt retrieve the email with the door code to get in the room(my fault shoulda printed the email before coming). The staff at the hotel said they could not help me even though I had the confirmation info. I had to leave and drive up the hill to where I finally was able...

"The property was stunning with so many flowers and flowering trees and shrubs. The views of the ocean and mountains were breathtaking. The buildings were of solid construction and will last forever. The inside of the condo was very nicely furnished, and we felt right at home immediately. The couches and chairs were quite comfortable! However, the air conditioning unit failed in the living room our first day there. The staff was very responsive and provided us with a temporary replacement...
