"Everything was quick and easy. Staff was kind and considerate. Breakfast, standard fare, clean and plenty. If wanting a late check out, be sure to request front desk to write that on your room info for morning housekeeping to know not to open your door."

"The property has trash all around the building. Cans, cigarettes butts, I told the front desk person and they said that I could call the corporate customer service line. Then I noticed that the chair that they were sitting on was ripped and very worn out. Cloth was actually missing and the foam was exposed. The outdoor pool was closed completely. The grass was grown up. My room wasn’t like the rooms shown on the ad. I asked about that and the front desk person said that the remodeled rooms were...

"The pool was closed, we weren't told about the breakfast, the air conditioner was so noisy it kept us awake at night and the television reception was horrible. There was so much "snow" it was hard to see it. We left 2 days early and I am requesting a refund for those 2 nights we didn't stay."
