Still Afloat - Floating house on Lake Cumberland

Summary:

Waterfront floating home on Lake Cumberland with a beautiful shoreline view from back porch. House sleeps 20 so bring your family & friends and have a great time! Tie your boat up to the Floathouzz and set sail at your leisure.



The Space:

Floathouzz interior provides full kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Living area includes sofa bed, TV with WIFI and dining area. One large master bedroom with a full bathroom, second full bathroom located on floor level. Second & third bedrooms located downstairs with 2 queen beds each. Upstairs low ceiling loft with 5 queen beds and 1 twin. Back porch area has a propane grill, outdoor table with umbrella and outdoor couch. Floating trampoline, a Sunchill float and two kayaks. 20 adult life vests with 4 child life vests are provided and located in the master bedroom closet.

Guest Access:

You will receive a lockbox code prior to arrival where the keys are located. The property is located within a gated marina community with after-hours security for peace of mind.



Guests have access to:

*The entire Floathouzz

*Boat ramp + trailer parking

*Dock space in front of the unit

*Covered slip

*Communal bathhouse with additional bathrooms



The Neighborhood:

Located at Lake Cumberland Marina North, you'll have direct access to the water, boating, fishing, and some of the best sunsets on the lake. Boat rentals are available on-site for even more adventure.



Getting Around:

You can go on the lake to get food/drinks at the few local restaurants or you're about a 15-20 minute drive by car to plenty of stores/restaurants.

Interaction with Guests:

We have some on site staff in the event you need anything. Security is around at night and can assist with golf cart rides if needed as well.
