"I stayed there this summer and had issues because I placed my luggage in the wrong storage room. I called their help line and a really nice guy came to help me within quite a fast amount of time. If it were not for him, I would have missed my flight! Great place, people to help if needed and no face to face check in which is great for introverts of foreigners like me!"

"The staff members have been exceptionally kind and considerate. They have primarily taken great care of my parents, who are 76 and 84 years old. Furthermore, my mother inadvertently left her wallet in her room, but the staff assured us they had located it and will deliver it tomorrow. I am very thankful!"

"요새 펜션들 호텔못지않게 가격이 어마어마한데 저렴한 가격으로 너무 잘놀다왔어요 오래되보여서 기대안했는데 관리를 잘하셨는지 굉장히 깔끔한느낌이고 아늑합니다 야외 바베큐도 풍경이 너무좋고 바로앞에 계곡이 있어 놀기에도 좋고 티비도 크고 화장실도 깔끔하고 다 좋았어요 한가지 아쉬운건 이불이 조~~금 오래된거같았어요"
