"I had a great experience at Hotel Yak & Yeti. The hotel is a little dated, but its history and character are part of its charm. The breakfast was excellent, and the spa deserves a special mention. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, especially Dipesh and Niroj. I injured myself during my stay, and Dipesh immediately brought me some ice and later checked in to see how I was feeling. That level of care truly made a difference! The only issue was that my bathroom drain was clogged, but the staff resolved it quickly. If it weren’t for that, my stay would have been perfect. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel stands out for its beauty, breakfast (perfect, varied, and delicious), location (right in front of the Himalayan mountain range, one of the most breathtaking views I have ever seen in my life), and facilities (it has everything: game room, swimming pool, hot tub, etc.). However, nothing compares to the staff — the team is outstanding and made us feel truly at home. I cannot wait to return to this hotel."
