Parking is off-street behind the main house, at the foot of the stairs to the private apartment, easily accessible and safe. Travel to Boston is available by commuter rail (purple line) Melrose Highlands 1 mile away. There are many walking, biking, hiking, and boating, options nearby. The owners are accessible if needed."

"I really like the location and having our own home that was historic and quaint. 2 pianos, which were both enjoyed. Staying here , you connect with the locals. "This apartment fit our needs perfectly (2 adults, 2 teens, visiting friends and touring colleges). Apartment was clean, beds were comfy, linens and towels were fresh. We didn’t really cook but the kitchen is nice. We did use the pullout sleeper sofa, which was quite comfortable for my teen. Eduardo and Jorge were helpful and responsive. Really recommend this place for a Cambridge/Somerville location, but really, it’s easy to navigate anywhere in Boston because you’re close to the T. "

"My friends and I enjoyed a girl's trip and stayed at this cute Salem house. It's in such a good location to so much in Salem, and we were able to walk to almost everything. The house itself is very cute and the kitchen is well stocked. For your information about rooms/bathrooms:Downstairs: 1 room with twin bed and trundle, attached bathroom Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 1 hallway bath. There are no attached bathrooms to any bedroom upstairs. Thanks for a great stay!"

It's on a quiet residential street with parking space, but it's also an easy 10-minute walk to the nearest T station, so it was convenient for two modes of transportation. "It was a beautiful house, very clean and spacious. We had 8 adults for the 3 bedroom 2.5 bath. It worked for us to put family members together and there was enough beds for everyone. I had missed the fine print saying there is a 25 additional fee for those staying after 5 people. So be aware of that. The host was very nice and quick to respond to any questions. We would stay again. "
