Discover JB by the Sea, our charming Nags Head Cottage nestled in the heart of OBX. Recently renovated and tastefully decorated, this beach haven promises a perfect getaway equipped with a pool, hot tub, and tiki bar. It is only .2 miles to get to the beach and ideally located near popular restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, and an abundance of activities. Our cottage is situated on a cul-de-sac with no through traffic and in a very walkable / bikeable area with ample sidewalks & side streets.

The House
-4 bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen, and 1 bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks).
-All 4 bedrooms are large enough to fit a pack and play, with 2 of the bedrooms having separate closets large enough to fit a pack and play in them.
-3 full bathrooms with a shower and tub.
-Spacious game room with pull out couch and kitchenette.
-Newly renovated kitchen with open concept layout to the dining area and living room.
-Inviting outdoor area with a POOL, HOT TUB, tiki bar, outdoor shower, and outdoor bathroom.

-Pool is OPEN May - September
-Hot Tub is OPEN March - October
Both are professionally maintained twice a week.

You will love our neighborhood! A quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic but situated in the heart of Nags Head close to the beach and popular restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and an abundance of activities.

Pet Friendly!!
We welcome up to 2 well-behaved pets per stay (unless otherwise agreed). Must be house broken, on flea and tick medication and travel with a crate, if needed. A one-time pet fee of $150 applies for the first pet, and a $50 applies for the second pet ($200 for 2 pets). To ensure all our guests enjoy a clean and comfortable experience, our property undergoes extensive professional cleaning after every pet stay, so you’d never know a furry friend was here!

Beach Access + Activities
.2 miles to the E Bladen St. beach access, which is a quick and easy walk along a quiet street / sidewalk (NO walking along the main highways!). This access also offers paved beach parking, porta-potty, outdoor shower, sand access, wooden walkways, and pet waste bags.

.4 miles to Dowdy Park, a must-visit spot in OBX with expansive green space, large playground area, pickleball and basketball courts, picnic shelters, and Farmers Markets and other activities throughout the summer.

1 mile to Jockey’s Ridge State Park (The Dunes), which is the tallest living sand dunes on the East Coast, offering breathtaking views (especially at sunset) and hiking.
