"Quaint, comfortable and welcoming place in a pretty area. Stopped on the way from Vienna to Warsaw and opted to stay in a typical local hotel. Hotel met our needs; we were welcomed and our room was spacious and clean. Check in was easy and we were shown the facilities of the roome. Really enjoyed eating at the hotel and also the great buffet breakfast. Helpful service; we speak no Czech and they were accommodating to explain things for us. I really enjoyed the experience."

"Amazing resort with great spa and pools. For the moderate price we paid, we really got a lot of value for the money. The breakfasts were amazing. The first morning as a stylish and calm buffet at the Platinum Adults building. The second it was only served morning in the main building. This was a bit more chaotic and very busy, but as a bonus they had a lady cooking individually made omelettes,which were absolutly delicious. "The hotel looks run down from outside but the inside lobby is clean and modern and renovated; however you have to pay attention to the type of room you are booking. The Standard rooms are still the old rooms with no A/C where the Luxury rooms are the fully renovated, modern rooms with A/C included which are worth the upgrade. All staff from front desk to dinning room were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I would stay here again."
