"The accommodations were very clean and artfully decorated. Interior was well lit and cooled including the ceiling fan above the bed. Lots of windows let in natural light and wide blinds for privacy. The mattress was a little too soft for my comfort. Other than that it was an excellent stay"

"Overall wonderful stay! We were in town for a family event and needed a space for two couples with an infant and a toddler. Rooms were large enough for our added Pack'N Plays. The yard is fenced, so no worries about the toddler wandering off into the pond or woods. The property is well maintained, but realize that the East Texas hayfields and farms are also industrialized dust generators, so be prepared to wipe down any outdoor furniture prior to use. While we didn't get the opportunity to play...

"Nice little cabin but the pictures are deceiving. Makes it look like there are two rooms and a kitchen. Ours was just one room with a mini fridge and microwave. I think you just get whatever room is available. They also said the restaurant (snack bar) was open until 7 and it was already closed at 6:40. Other than that the facility was nice and great family setting with lots of things to do. "

"If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, Cabin #2 near Lake Tawakoni is a fantastic choice. The location is hard to beat—being right on the water makes it easy to relax and leave the stress of everyday life behind. One of my favorite parts was being able to fish right off the pier whenever I wanted. Having the Quack Shack restaurant located right on the pier was another nice bonus. The food was good, and it was incredibly convenient to grab a meal without having to leave the property.The...
