*Pool view from the balcony.

*Pets are allowed. Only 1 pet up to 30lb with pet fee $75

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.

*Access the pool with wrist bands only (there is $20 charge for each lost/broken bracelets).

*Kitchen is fully quipped with all basics (condiments are not included).

*NO mailbox for this location. Guest is responsible for any mail or packages delivery.

*washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free. motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises. 2 parking tags provided ( there is $20 fee for each missing or broken tag)

*Easy access to both Hwy 17.

The condo is located at Myrtlewood , 10 min. from airport, 5 min. from Broadway at the beach, 5 min. from the beach, 15 min. from Market Commons, 1 min. From golf course.

Friendly neighborhood, High maintained, built around Myrtlewood Golf Club, Walking and biking trails, outdoor pool.



Getting Around:

Car, taxi, Uber



Other Things to Note:

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.

*Pool entry with pool key and bracelets only. The pool key and bracelets is in the kitchen drawer. Any missing pool key will be accompanied by $100 fee and pool bracelets by $20 for each bracelet.

*Please review my house rules.

*Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month.

*Pets are allowed. Only 1 pet up to 30lb with pet fee $75

*NO mailbox for this location. Guest is responsible for any mail or packages delivery.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
