Summary:
Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, The Chelsea at 29th Avenue N and Ocean Blvd is directly across the street from a public beach access point and only a few blocks from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and the Convention Center. You couldn't have a much better location! Across the street is Starbucks/Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream and one block west you will find Green's Discount Beverage for all your favorite Happy Hour Libations. Walk to the highly rated and delicious Sea Captain's House or take a stroll down the Golden Mile and see why they call it that.
The Space:
Entering this updated and modern 1st floor condo, you will immediately be drawn to the natural light streaming through the ocean facing covered balcony. The open floor plan living/dining areas are spacious and tastefully appointed with plenty of seating for your whole family. There is a 55" flat screened tv, queen sleeper sofa and separate love seat, large dining table seating 6 and additional dining table on the balcony for and ocean facing breakfast or Happy Hour. There is a fully stocked galley style kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops that you can prepare delicious home cooked meals in if you choose. The primary suite has a full sized bed, twin bed, his and hers closets, flat screen tv, a beautifully updated en suite bathroom and private balcony access. The 2nd Bedroom also has full and twin beds and back balcony access with additional seating so you can watch the kids play at the pool while in the shade. There is also a back entrance to the pool and hot tub deck from this balcony.
Guest Access:
The entire home including 2 balconies, 1 overlooking the pool deck and the other looking out at the ocean.
The Neighborhood:
Located directly across the street from the public beach access at 29th Avenue North in Myrtle Beach, you will be super close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer both on the water and inland. There is a Starbucks/Ben and Jerry's across the street, the renowned Sea Captain's house with ocean front bar is a 3 blocks walk away and you will be less than 1 mile from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Boardwalk and Myrtle Beach Convention Center.
Getting Around:
While a car is recommended to explore the area, many attractions are within walking distance, allowing you to easily leave your car parked. Uber and other ride-sharing services are available, providing an alternative for transportation, though availability may vary.
Other Things to Note:
For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.
