-You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay, Fees will apply for damages or any missing items.
Host has indicated there is a carbon monoxide and smoke detector on the property as well as a fire extinguisher/fire blanket and a first aid kit. No smoking on premises, interior or exterior. $500 fine if smoke has been detected and eviction. No cigarettes, vaping, cigars or pipes.
No Loud Noise after 10 PM. $150 fee if security is called.
Minimum rental age is 25 years
No motorcycles, trailers, campers or RVs in parking lots, $500 fine will apply if violated.
