Make yourself at home while taking in the fresh air, views of the golf course in your private screened-in porch. With you in mind, I’ve tried to think of every detail to not only make you feel at home, but to also make your stay convenient, comfortable, and stress free. This fully furnished, 2BR/2BA, corner unit gives tons of natural light and privacy. You will have access to the entire condo.
Unit is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator).
Keyless lock for easy check-in.
Ring doorbell located on main door.

Primary bedroom with private bathroom is furnished with a king size bed, dresser, nightstands, chair and full length mirror. You will also find a ROKU TV, iron and ironing board in this bedroom.

Guest bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds, dresser, nightstand and ROKU TV. Right outside this bedroom is the 2nd bathroom.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with a selection of spices, oils, cookware set, and utensils, to cook and enjoy a full meal.

The dining/living area are fully furnished for your comfort and includes ROKU TV and boardgames.

Also included are free WIFI, AC/heat, toiletries, TP, paper towels, linens, towels, blankets and other basic necessities. There are two ceiling fans located in the living area and primary bedroom. Both are controlled by remotes.

HOUSEKEEPING:
Please ensure that you do not leave any dirty dishes and throw away your trash.

HOUSE RULES:
Please be mindful of neighbors as the condo is located in a multi-unit building.

No pets, no renters under 23, no parties/gatherings, no loud music, no noise nuisance and/or no unauthorized overnight guests (4 guest limit).

No smoking of any kind, vaping and/or use of illicit/illegal drugs permitted in the unit or screened in porch.

Please do not tamper with the internet, TVs or Ring Camera.

Please be advised that any violations of house rules can be a cause to terminate your stay without a refund.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES:
Outdoor pools - open mid-April to end of October
Indoor pool - open through end of October - mid April
Hot tubs, tennis court, putting green and BBQ/grill area

A key card will be in the unit upon arrival and needs to be returned at the time of checkout.

PARKING:
There are no assigned parking spaces. Two vehicle maximum per reservation.

There will be 2 parking passes in the unit upon arrival. Parking passes must be displayed at all times while vehicles are parked on the property.

Please be advised that the 2 parking passes must be returned to the unit at check-out.

Please note that the HOA does not allow motorcycles, boats, trailers, campers/RVs, scooters or golf carts to be parked on the property at any time by rental guests. Towing can occur at your expense.
