As guests enter the home, they are welcomed into the living area. The space is furnished with a comfortable plush sofa flanked by two end tables with lamps, creating a relaxing spot to unwind after a day at the beach. Across from the sofa sits a large flat screen TV on an entertainment stand that also features a warm and inviting electric fireplace.

Between the living room and kitchen is a charming high top dining table with seating for up to four guests. Additional seating can be found at the kitchen island, making it easy for everyone to gather for meals or conversation.

 

The kitchen features beautiful granite countertops and an abundance of cabinet storage. Guests will have access to full sized stainless steel appliances including a stove and oven, mounted microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a deep double sided sink. We provide all basic cookware including pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, and silverware. If cooking is not on the agenda, food delivery services such as DoorDash, GrubHub, and Uber Eats are widely available in the area.

 

A convenient laundry closet is located in the kitchen and includes a washer and dryer, allowing guests to freshen up beach clothes or do a quick load before heading home.

The primary bedroom offers a plush queen sized bed with an end table nearby, along with a dresser.  The room also features generous closet space, including a spacious closet along the hallway that leads to the attached bathroom.

 

The attached bathroom includes a wide vanity with two sinks and plenty of cabinet and drawer storage. A standing shower with glass doors and built in shelving provides a clean and modern space to refresh after a day out.

 

The second bedroom is ideal for kids or friends traveling together and features a twin over full bunk bed. A dresser provides additional clothing storage, and a closet offers extra space for luggage or personal belongings.

 

All bath towels, bedding, and linens are provided for your stay. We also include starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion to help make your arrival easy and comfortable.

 

This home is conveniently located near many of Myrtle Beach’s most popular attractions. Spend the day exploring Broadway at the Beach, a lively destination filled with restaurants, shops, entertainment, and nightlife. Enjoy oceanfront views and live entertainment along the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, or take a ride on the famous SkyWheel Myrtle Beach. Shoppers can visit Tanger Outlets Myrtle Beach for popular brand stores, while families can cool off at Myrtle Waves Water Park. Golf enthusiasts will also appreciate being close to River Oaks Golf Club.



This community is very strict in regards to parking. Guests are limited to a maximum of 2 vehicles being parked at the home, in the driveway. Should vehicles be parked on the road, they will be towed, possibly evicted, and fined $50 per instance. We greatly appreciate your cooperation and efforts in order to keep the community comfortable for all!
