"We chose this house because it was close to the hotel our child was staying in for baseball and it accepted dogs. The house is as advertised and the host was very responsive, but could be cleaner. It is close to the beach and boardwalk. Outdoor furniture had to be wiped down before using and the couch cushions out there were dirty. Our biggest concern was the neighborhood. Whether coincidence or not there was two medical emergencies right next door and we did not feel safe walking our dogs at...

"Somewhat small accommodations for our party of 4. Property was clean and well equipped. Host was excellent in communication, answering questions and addressing problems."

"The room wasn't clean...maybe bc the ceiling has water damage and the popcorn ceiling flaked day and night. Also a crack in the shower wall was moldy and there was mold in the floor by the toe rail in the bathroom. I did let the property management know. They offered to call maintenance for the ceiling and said the shower wall was feom normal wear and tear.The ceiling probably needs remediation for water and mold. We didn't have the ability to move so just covered the bed and all our things...

"My family and I stayed here for our niece's Graduation. It was a great choice choising Dune Our Thing! Andrew was wonderful to work with, the neighbors music was a skosh louder than my husband and like however, upon reaching out Andrew answered right away and though the property was not his nor did he know who was there, he offered many suggestions to help. Of course he had no control over it but was great about!Thank you Again Andrew, hopefully we'll talk again soon!"
