Elena's house, 200 m from Panormos beach

At the center of the famous resort , Panormos, and only 200 metres from the local beach, you will find your home for holidays. It's a 100 m2 apartment that has 3 bedrooms and can host up to 6 people. The house can combine the close distance from the bech and the view to the sea due to the igh point it has. Located close to the highway makes the access from Heraklion or Chania airport more than easy, while it helps exploring the biggest part of Crete.
Our home is located at the cener of Panormo, where our guests can find a beautiful beach, as well as interesting local activities, traditional restaurants and sea-front coffee shops. Moreover, our home can guarantee your relaxation, one of the most important aspects of any holiday. Panormos center can secure the quick access to all the essential amenities as supermarkets, groceries shops, bakery, coffee shops, ATMs, pharmacy etc. However, the location of the house (a little outside of the center) can secure the essential conditions for privacy and relaxation.
The house is a 100 m2 apartment on the top floor of a-three apartmens building and has a big terrace for enjoying your morning or afternoon drink, as well as parking place for your car. The apartment has a big room in the entrance, where you will find the living room with two sofas, the fully-equipped kitchen, the modern dining place with 6 seats and a big television with cable TV. This room also gives you access to the big teracce. Moreover, there are 3 bedrooms, two of them have to single beds that can be transformed to a double one and one bedroom has a double bed. In the hosue there is also a bathroom, in which there is a shower and a washing machine. The house is also equipped with two coffee machine, microwave, toaster and a hair-dryer. The terrace is rather spacious, with a view to the sea and also to the nature nearby and has a big table with 4 chairs to enjoy your drink or work peacefully. The calmness and the view will secure moments of relaxation that is an essential part of your holidays. The location of the home is ideal for holidays. Except from being at Panormos center, it locates also almost at the center of Crete island and provides easy access to the highway. That means that the house is easily accessible from the airport of Heraklion (only 45 minutes drive) and also gives you the chance to explore the city of Rethymno, which is about 20 kms away.
