Seaside Villa is a sea front villa with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and it is within walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches of the island Kalo Livadi which is famous for its golden sand. It is fully organized and is home to the famous beach bars Lohan and Solymar.
The villa consists of 3 levels.
On the first level you can find four master bedrooms and a large courtyard with a lounge area and sea views.
On the second level, there are two living rooms, a dining room, kitchen and a terrace with additional living and dining areas with stunning sea views.
The third level is an independent suite with its own living room overlooking the sea.
The pool terrace where you can enjoy the sunrise from sun loungers and a daybed
hammock includes a seating and dining area with a bar.
Seaside Villa is suitable for both group of friends and family vacations.

A refundable security deposit of € 1.000,00 is required upon arrival, by credit card, it will be returned after that the inspection will take place on the departure day, and the amount will be returned within 1 week less any charge in case of damage.
