"Bed comfy, dinner delicious. Lovely ambiance in lobby and enjoyed pool. "
"We decided last minute to start our family vacation early. So that put us in Winchester at 2:00am. I made the reservation before we left our house. I was afraid it would be past check in. But the staff were super understanding and friendly. Breakfast was hot and delicious the next morning. And the 12:00pm check out was great we could sleep in little and not worry about rushing around. "This hotel does not care about their guests ! I made a purchase on lime to be delivered at the hotel and informed them ,on my reservation, that I was sending the purchase to the hotel, my purchase arrived at the hotel, was recieved and signed by one of their employees, and they just can´t find my purchase ! And worse, I am not seeing any effort from them to resolve the issue ! I am very disappointed with the way management at this hotel is handling this issue. "
