"The hotel is Beautiful in a peaceful neighborhood. Attentive and welcoming staff. But very disappointed to learn that the hotel charged us (my wife and myself) 810 Egypt pounds from the airport in a shabby taxi whereas the normal price is between 150 to 350. A van for 5 people costs 400.We were planning staying for 6 nights but left the next morning. Completely unacceptable ."
