"Amazing hotel. A short walk from stations (not a good option if you have too much luggage unless you take a taxi) but the rooms are comfortable and the Onsen is incredible. "Check in and out was super easy. The staff are nice and the hotel itself is very clean. It is near the red light district of Shinjuku so I think there could be some adult companionship rentals because they allow min of 3 hours to “rest” but we didn’t see or experience anything seedy. Our room was roomy in Japanese standards, and the shower is large and had great water pressure. "

"The hotel is very well located, and the building itself is nice, but the hygiene issue seriously affects the overall experience. I found it strange and quite unreasonable to have to remove shoes or slippers before entering the shower area, especially since, during my three-day stay, I never saw any actual cleaning being done. At night, they only collected the trash, but there was no proper sanitation. The floor was visibly dirty, and it’s uncomfortable to step on it and then go to bed feeling...

"Surpreendente! Apesar de ser um quarto pequeno e compacto conseguimos acomodar todas as malas. Todo staff bem preparado, falam inglês e são muito solícitos. Exceção apenas para o atendimento de um garçom no rooftop que foi extremamente grosseiro, mal educado e inconveniente. O café da manhã é espetacular! Servido em buffet com muita variedade iriental e icudental. Destaque para a equipe do café que fala inglês e é altamente gentil. Possui um room smoking free no térreo, vending machine com...

"Good value for a stay for my family of 4. I rented a car and needed parking and wanted to be close Shinjuku. Mejiro is a short train ride to Shinjuku and hotel is short walk to Mejiro station. Parking lots nearby but hotel did not have its own parking. The Grace room was very big with 4 single beds with only downside being the small windows. Hotel is old but the bathroom had been renovated. Beds were comfortable with great duvet and decent pillows. Laundry room had new washer&dryer machines....
