"All good"

"They had a crib for my daughter which was super helpful. The staff was kind and also very helpful. My only complaint was that the room had a musty smell to it. Overall though, I would still recommend it to others because it was a great place to go with a baby."

"Quarto impecável, equipe super gentil e atenciosa e lugar maravilhoso. Super recomendo!"

"We stayed at Nazuna Kyoto Tsubaki Street during our honeymoon, after having experienced Nazuna Hakone, and it was even more special. The hotel is simply stunning, located on a charming street that feels like stepping into old Kyoto. With only 16 rooms, it offers a peaceful, exclusive atmosphere — perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city. Our room had two floors and a private onsen, which was the ultimate way to relax at the end of each day. But what truly touched our hearts was the...

"This was a unique property to stay at for our Japan trip. The property was beautiful and was definitely an experience I recommend. Staff was so helpful when first arriving. They try their best to explain things, especially with a language barrier for myself. The hospitality was exceptional. Would recommend anyone to stay here. A little far of a walk from the main station with luggage so maybe a take a taxi. And have them take you to the check-in area instead of the property itself."

"Had a really good experience staying here. We are very picky with cleanliness but can say this place was spotless. Our room was also very spacious, and featured a japanese style shower which was super cool (and absolutely spotless as well!). The staff was also very kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here - we had a very comfortable stay as a family with a young child. The only thing to note for short stays is they have fees for housekeeping, fees for late check out, and...

"The staff were very nice and helpful. My luggage was accidentally sent to another location, and they helped coordinate everything to make sure it was delivered to the right place. Really appreciate their help!"

"The check in location is really inconvenient, they should make the prices completely online"

"Quarto com tamanho ok, era pequeno, mas não era apertado. O atendimento é muito bom e são muito atenciosos."

"Minha estadia foi excelente, tem um ambiente moderno e agradável."

"We had a wonderful stay here during our time in Kyoto! The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to come back to after a long day of exploring. We also loved having access to the complimentary 24/7 coffee machine in the lobby, which was such a nice added perk! Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Kyoto."

"We had adequate space for 3 people- one room is mats only. The shower and tub is fabulous. You have good access to stations and buses. We had one day where the air conditioner wasn’t working right but staff were able to remedy that, The only disappointment was the staff would not call a taxi for us."

"Hotel APA em Kyoto 🇯🇵✨ Perfeito! Experiência 10/10 💯 Limpo, organizado e super confortável. Quarto compacto, mas funcional. Não incluímos café da manhã, mas tem essa opção no hotel. Me hospedaria de novo com certeza 💙"

"Quarto muito limpo, região tranquila, banheira muito boa. Ter lavanderia ajuda muito quem está cruzando o Japão em viagem. E a equipe também era muito gentil! Recomendo demais"
