"All good"

"Beside the leaking ceiling, the room was nice. I was upgraded and also the staffs were extremely kind and thoughtful. Gave me a welcome gift while during the stay and it was nice to see child hood snacks at the front. Decoration and the atmosphere were very nice. Over all lived my stay and would come back 20/10."

"Quarto impecável, equipe super gentil e atenciosa e lugar maravilhoso. Super recomendo!"

"The hotel and staff were amazing. Beautiful decor, really spacious family room. Lovely touch having complimentary wine in the evening and pastries in the morning. Good location for the subway. Nice toiletries in the room. The laundry was useful. 700yen for a wash and dry where the detergent is included. Couldn’t recommend highly enough."

"Worth it."

"Beautiful hotel in a Good location (next to Kyoto Station), Perfect breakfast, room was spatious, clean and comfy, good concierge service, nice and cozy bar. Highly recommend."

"The staff were very nice and helpful. My luggage was accidentally sent to another location, and they helped coordinate everything to make sure it was delivered to the right place. Really appreciate their help!"

"We stayed at Nazuna Kyoto Tsubaki Street during our honeymoon, after having experienced Nazuna Hakone, and it was even more special. The hotel is simply stunning, located on a charming street that feels like stepping into old Kyoto. With only 16 rooms, it offers a peaceful, exclusive atmosphere — perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city. Our room had two floors and a private onsen, which was the ultimate way to relax at the end of each day. But what truly touched our hearts was the...

"Had a really good experience staying here. We are very picky with cleanliness but can say this place was spotless. Our room was also very spacious, and featured a japanese style shower which was super cool (and absolutely spotless as well!). The staff was also very kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here - we had a very comfortable stay as a family with a young child. The only thing to note for short stays is they have fees for housekeeping, fees for late check out, and...

"Was a good stay, but the hotel has not enough staff service, almost self service"

"I do not recommend this hotel for families with children. I made a reservation for 2 adults and 2 children, including breakfast. The price was on par with several other hotels in the same area, but I chose the Mercure because of the brand name and was thoroughly disappointed. Upon arrival, I found out they had set up my reservation as if it were for two persons, treating my daughters as a "courtesy." Yet, when it came to charging me, they charged for 2 adults and 2 children. The room was...
