"I loved this place so much. Staff especially is just so kind and amazing! Everyone who works there deserves a raise. Beautiful hotel, clean and massive rooms, and Pacific helped me arrange transportation which was super helpful. Definitely staying here again if I ever visit. Thank you! "

"I don’t even know where to begin to describe how amazing my experience at Sambora was. The service was unlike anything I’ve ever seen: so much care, attention to detail, and a truly personal touch. Every single staff member was kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. There was no response from the property...

"This property is falsely advertised. The location listed on Expedia is not accurate, and when I arrived, it was nowhere near where it was supposed to be. I was forced to book another hotel last-minute. That alone would have been manageable, but the real issue is that the property provided no way to resolve the situation. They never answered their phone, ignored messages, and even when Expedia tried to reach them directly, there was no response. As a result, I was unable to cancel and lost over...
