Mundo Marinho Cozumel

Não vá para este lugar, já viajamos três vezes a Cozumel este lugar não pode ser classificado como resort. Tudo nele é horrível, acomodação, comida, funcionários. Preste atenção somos pessoas simples sem frescura, mas sair de casa para passar trabalho é brabo. Tudo neste lugar funciona na propina ou gorjeta para você ser bem atendido, o site hotels tá queimando sua imagem com anúncio do jeito que faz de um lugar simplesmente horrível. Adoramos Cozumel tanto é que nossa reserva era de 10 dias e simplesmente abandonamos com 5 dias. Fomos para outro lugar porque sair de casa para passar trabalho e ainda ouvir da atendente do hotel dizer que este lugar era voltado para família mexicana, como quem diz , está te sentindo mal, saia. Começa que o quarto da foto é totalmente diferente do que é, chuveiro não funciona tive que pedir concerto que durou uma manhã inteira, comida e café é terrível, olha me desculpa vou parar por aqui porque o que era para ser férias boas virou um pesadelo.

We had a wonderful stay, everyone was very attentive and friendly. Staff always greeted us with pleasure and had helpful recommendations on activities and restaurants on the island. The drinks were incredible, the front desk was super helpful! They helped get us taxis and always answered all of our questions. Unfortunately the only upsetting thing was the food, we tried 3 restaurants that the resort had to offer and the food very much tasted like “cafeteria food”, just very poor quality. This forced us to leave the resort to eat elsewhere. But everything else was a 10/10.

The overall experience was great. The staff were really great and the activities group were a lot of fun. Food was good. Our rooms were updated - but we didn’t have working TVs and the phones for room service were hit or miss. The fridge in our room also didn’t work. While the food was good, that was in the off chance a restaurant was open. On Saturday 1 of the 5 restaurants were open. We were there for diving and relaxation and we did just that. Just a few minor things would’ve elevated it a bit ☺️
