Trata-se de um hotel para quem está em trânsito, que era o meu caso. Dormi uma noite. Hotel é confortável, limpo, bom café da manhã e eles acompanham até a entrada do aeroporto, ajudando com a bagagem.

You always have to wait at gate for somebody to come and pick you which in my case took them 25 mins. There was only person at check in to address 20 people who were trying to check in. Room has mosquitoes. They will wake you early morning regarding your checkout time. Not staying at this hotel again

To start, I arrived after midnight. I didn't stay in the “main” hotel so I have no idea where 5 stars begin. My room was in the “overflow” hotel in the back. My suitcases in tow, only to be greeted by the utmost unfriendly, non-verbal security personnel. The property out there was unkempt, side of a garage of sorts, and eerie. As a smoker I had to turn over my lighter, presumably so I didn’t smoke in my room? The room: smallest room I’ve ever slept in. No problem- Dusty.. okay, no problem.. no wash clothes? My goodness this is becoming a nightmare. One should not have to ask for basic necessities. I’d like to add, the food was AMAZING! Exceeded all expectations.

Hotel staff does not pick up the phone. Why is this important? Airport security will not let you in without an escort from the hotel. We spend a good 1 hour trying to call the front desk. Finally someone answered and we were escorted.

The directions we were given for the hotel took us to a completely different building. We were put in much older building than the main hotel. The building had no licenced bar despite the website stating it did have one. We needed a "permit" to get in and out of the hotel but we were not told about this. It was a comlete shambles, with no information. Our bedroom could be described as tired at the best. We would never have stayed had we been aware of this.

Staff is so so. They behave like they have no competition which is correct! Rooms are small but decent. AC in the room operated on only one setting - high. Could not even reset to off or low setting. It was great to find a 3-4 star facilities within the T2 International Airport in Mumbai . Having landed at the Hotel at 2 AM and leaving at 9 Am ( 7 hours ) it was really satisfying to have a stretched leg on a bed to catch a sleep and get ready quickly to take the next flight in the morning without having to undertake any transportation to and fro from the Airport was very convenient. room was great with most amenities one would expect and so was the bathroom . Neat and clean . The Hotel also offered Breakfast and buffet dining options but we could not utilise the facility as we had to rush for next Flight. In one word it was great BUT a bit more pricey (One night was A$ 245) which was a bit overboard for the convenience it offered .

We had an early morning flight and decided to stay at Niranta the night before. We've always had a positive experience when staying here after landing at Mumbai airport. Using this airport the night before flying out is convenient. Getting into the hotel is tricky. You have to call the front desk to send you a porter. Likewise, getting to the check-in counter on the day of your flight means going out of the hotel and taking an elevator up to the check in area (there was not an inside approach). The hotel staff is super helpful though, and it was not a terrible inconvenience. The room was nice and comfortable. The shower felt good before the long journey back home.

This property is frightfully convenient. You do not even have to leave the airport after you collect your bags. Take the elevator down. Check in is a breeze. Great rooms (though the inevitable mosquito did bother us). Nice shower, and a great breakfast before check out. The Uber pick up point is right across the street. We always stay at Niranta after we land in Mumbai so that we don’t land up with relatives at some unearthly hour.

Good location at Mumbai Airport. Spares you the stress of getting to the airport in Mumbai's crazy traffic in time for your flight. This was my second stay at the hotel and I was somewhat disappointed at the general state of the room. Lights not working, TV remote missing, just one bath towel in the bathroom - no hand towels! General sense of room being in need of renovation.

Very Convenient as it is at the Terminal 2(location: drop off at P5 Parking > take lift to P4 > you will see main entry towards the left after approx 5min walk) but overall great customer service. Rooms were nice and updated. Bit small but you cant expect more at a transit hotel. Food at the restaurant was 4/5 but with very limited option. Overall I would recommend this hotel for the facilities and ease of transit.

We were ripped off. They stuck us in an airless tiny single room instead of the Queen room we had paid for. The bed was v small fir 2 people and all the in room facility like towels, pillows, slippers, glass was for 1 person. We could not sleep and rest as we had intended after our journey by road before boarding our flight to london. We booked for 24 hrs. Used only 9 hrs because of our flight timing. Challenged staff who confirmed at first that it was a single room they had assigned to us when i showed the photo but then retracted.. v disappointed and upset that i has used up my gold reward of £12 from expedia as a treat for this wreched place.

Be prepared to endure over-the-top security to enter the hotel. Did not appreciate the rude desk clerk during the check-in process. Considering the exorbitant rates the hotel charged, we felt like we were being treated like criminals. The tv did not function and there were few amenities in the hotel. In contrast to the check-in staff, the restaurant staff could not have been more delightful. The waiters were attentive and the chef came by our table to make sure we were happy with our meal. Overall the hotel is convenient but definitely not worth the money.

Not very walkable but lots of taxis if needed. Great staff and comfortable room, has a spa on location.little tricky to find,terminal 2go in building across from terminal, take elevator down, cross the driveway and it’s on the left, watch for signs.

I was impressed with this airport transit hotel. Firstly, after a late flight and having to fly early the following morning it was really convenient to be able to get off the plane and be able to access the hotel really easily. The room was great - modern and clean and there were many things on offer such as a free 15 minute foot massage - unfortunately didn't have time to enjoy this but nice offer. There was also a decent selection on offer at breakfast though again, we didn't really have enough time to take advantage of this. Overall, I thought this hotel was great.

The location convenience is a big winner. I arrived in Mumbai at 12pm and had a flight out at 5am the next day, so it was perfect. The hotel was lovely, modern, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel downstairs in the basement of the airport, so there are no windows in the rooms. Also, make sure you get a pass from reception if you plan to leave the airport area because security will need this to let you back in.
