"Η διαμονή μας στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν εξαιρετική. Ο χώρος ιδιαίτερος, πολύ προσεγμενος, με διακόσμηση που σε ταξιδεύει σε άλλη εποχή! Το προσωπικό και οι ιδιοκτήτες μας άφησαν τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις με την ευγένεια, την προθυμία τους να μας εξυπηρετήσουν, τη φροντίδα και τη σπάνια φιλοξενία τους! Στα θετικά επίσης προστίθεται και η καθαριότητα σε όλους τους χώρους του ξενοδοχείου! Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι του δωματίου προσέφερε μια πολύ όμορφη πανοραμική εικόνα της πόλης σαν πίνακας ζωγραφικής!...

"This was a wonderful stay in a wonderful hotel and surrounds, the type of village you envision in a small greek community. The hotel had tradtional atmosphere, an beautiful porch area and was just off the square. My only grievance was how uncomfortable the mattresses were. I had a hard time getting comfortable and woke up sore from how hard the bed was."

"Amazing resort, feels like a high end option in the mountains of Florina. The spa was fantastic and the masseuse there was excellent. Maybe the server at breakfast and some of the casino staff (guy in cage in particular) could have been a bit friendlier but otherwise would definitely stay again next visit to Florina and would recommend."

"This Hotel is very clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Staff is Corteous. They serve full breakfast and it is good; eggs, meats, cereal, and pastries. I liked the Vintage style of the Hotel. The city center is 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes in car."
