"The access to the apartment is well described; there are stairs and staircases to navigate, and that can be hard when carrying lots of ski gear. But if one is okay with that, the apartment is tidy and fine for a skiing stay. It is great that parking is provided. Try and get precise directions for getting to and from the ski slope, but it is relatively easy to ski in, and ski out requires a staircase down, crossing the road, and then stepping down some steps to the slope."

"My mom and I had an amazing stay in Steamboat Springs! The property management went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests and make sure we were taken care of. The property was immaculate, the location superb, the instructions clear, and for two females, we felt super safe and comfortable. Can't recommend them enough! "

"Amenities at Scandinavian are great for after skiing with heated pool and tub. It's a quiet place with simple access to thunderbird lift so you can avoid the crowds. This unit has the best fold out couch bed I've ever had. "

"Lost a star because the fireplace didn’t work for our entire stay. Admittedly, they tried to fix it, but couldn’t. Was very communicative with the manager, but it was just a bummer to not have a fireplace working during these cold ski weekends (it’s like the best part after a long day skiing!). "

"We loved everything about our extended stay at Karl and Lisa's place. The location right on the river was heaven, access to the Yampa Core Trail less than 30 seconds away, 8 minute bike ride to downtown to experience the local restaurants and music scene was outstanding, and so much more! The condo was clean, modern, included all the amenities we needed, and had a great hot tub & patio. It was perfect for our small family. The owners were extremely generous and super courteous. "The fridge was broken and wasted all of our food. Call Maintenance and they brought a new fridge but our food was gone. $200 down the drain. "

"This property checked all of our boxes and was a wonderful set up for our family of five! Rooms & 2 bathrooms are downstairs near the laundry closet and ground level front door/private parking garage, which made it so easy to peel off our ski clothes and get them into the wash at the end of a long day of skiing, followed by a hot shower, then head upstairs for dinner in the well-stocked kitchen and some time relaxing on the sectional sofa in the living room. "Very happy with our 8 night December stay as the condo had plenty of room for 4 adults with a less than 5 minute drive to the slopes and 10 minutes to town. The only wish is for bedroom TVs"

"Stayed 5 nights March 2025. Easy 5 minute walk to the slopes and Steamboat buses. Condo is perfectly appointed with everything we could need. Plenty of space for our family of 3. Hot tub is close, fireplace was nice for a few evenings, kitchen had everything to cook for nights you don’t go out. Was clean when we checked in and had plenty of towels, including extra beach towels for the hot tub or if visiting the hot springs. We would absolutely stay here again."

"This condo was very convenient, right next to a shuttle bus stop to the mountain and right next to the market. The apartment was very clean and just as pictured. The bed was very comfortable. And the service was excellent. We had a minor plumbing problem and the management team was very promptly responsive. All of that and relative to Steamboat prices, it was reasonably priced."

"The 1 BR condo unit was adequate for our 3 night stay. There was plenty of drawer space for our luggage items. We were able to cook meals for ourselves. The kitchen was a bit tight to work in. The glassware was a bit limited requiring daily dishwasher runs. It could use a few more amenities like measuring cups and spoons for cooking.The place could use some updating but it worked."
