"The property itself is good, outside the parking lot and to get to hotel was sketchy. I would have felt better if there was security in parking lot. It was not safe to walk off property. My room was clean, although there was left over food in the mini fridge. I simply threw it away and cleaned the fridge. But fire pit and pool was nice."

"The property is so authentic to the original structure, filled with antiques, it's like stepping back in time, only with better plumbing! Lynda was the perfect hostess. She anticipated that we would need a first floor room without my asking. The property was accessible to my parents who have mobility issues. We enjoyed our made to order breakfast, including gluten free toast. Not a lot of dining near the property that we could see, although there is a list of restaurants in the room. "

"Absolutely loved our stay at the Heritage Hotel in Augusta! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, making us feel right at home. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Augusta, close to everything. Our room was beautifully laid out, well equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommend! Kevin Paul and Michael."

"We had a great experience. The staff was super nice and accommodating — check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical about the outside of the property at first, but as soon as I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby was spotless, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything felt really well-kept. Plus, the location couldn’t be better — close to everything in Augusta, especially downtown where our event was. I’ll definitely stay here again....
