"We came into Loudonville for a wedding. This apartment was a great place for two nights. Enjoyed the enormous (literally 60 paces from the front door to the back bedroom) space, it was quiet and parking was right by the stairs. Downtown Loudonville is cute and literally steps away. The only small quibble is that an FAQ book would be nice for general questions. Highly recommend "

"The perfect location. Not far from flint ridge and Nether's Farm which was the sole purpose for our stay. Also not far from the charming town of Coshockton. The apartment is just as described. Very charming. My favorite about it is the vintage doors. I would stay here again"

"A total time-capsule perfectly kept! The furniture was comfortable in the areas you wanted to hang out, the decorative pieces were in great condition and from the late 50’s/early 60’s.You feel like you are in the middle of the woods, but town is just down the road. "Reeked of Marijuana from other tenants who were very loud. Very drafty and cold with only a window unit heater and a large gap under the door. Had to park in the front yard to get guaranteed in/out with other tenants The company charged an unauthorized charge on my credit card after I requested and declined a quote for a possible extension but DID refund the charge immediately and stayed in great communication with me, answering all emails promptly at all hours of the day."
