Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator. No commercial photography and filming allowed.

Fabulous location and really cute place! Very comfy beds and well-outfitted kitchen. Only suggestion is to upgrade the bath towels.

Great location in the old village of Mt Pleasant that’s dog friendly, clean and comfortable. Kitchen appliances and open floor plan make for comfortable family gatherings. Walk to Shem Creek and Old Village.

Excellent Accommodations! We will definitely stay again!The home is airy and comfortable. We had plenty of space for everyone. My 85 y/o mom loved sitting in the back yard, reading her book. The home is close to all of the places we like to visit - Charleston, Beach and Shem Creek.

Loved It!
The house was perfect for our needs. Great location. Easy to get down town, beaches and Shem Creek area. Loved walking the park/boardwalk in the evenings for sunset. Will definitely stay again. We had a few issues and manager was easy to get in touch with and responsive. Couple of maintenance issues that needed attention. We'll definitely stay again.

Location was perfect!
The house was perfect for what we were looking for! It was simple, quaint, and the upgrades were the perfect touch! The beds were extremely comfy as well. The location of this property was perfect as well. 3 min drive to Shem Creek. And 10 min to downtown. Also it’s within 10-15 min to Sullivans island and IOP. We would absolutely stay here again!
