Charming Mt. Pleasant Townhome - pet friendly with parking & free WiFi

We have all the necessities for a stay in Charleston! This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhome is located in the heart of Mount Pleasant less than 2 miles to the Ravanel Bridge. This townhome provides easy, direct, access to downtown, I-526/Daniel Island, Sullivan’s Island, and Isle of Palms. You can be downtown in 10-15 minutes. It is only 5 miles to Sullivans Island and less than .5 miles to Publix, and only 1 light from Whole Foods, Aldi, or Trader Joes.

This tranquil community has the amenities you need to feel right at home for your stay. This quiet neighborhood is walkable, and kid friendly, with basketball courts, tennis courts, and a pool - open in select summer months.

Living Room
Once you walk through the entry way, passing the downstairs half bath on your right, the space opens up into the dining room and living room. The large wooden farmhouse table provides a beautiful space for sit down dinners. The living room includes space for the group to relax, talk, and watch TV. Apple TV and Comcast (select channels) included. We have everything you need to stay here for an extended, pleasant stay.

Kitchen
All appliances are new from GE, purchased in 2017 including large, high efficiency GE washer and drier, range, refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, as well as a dish washer, and disposal. We include a Keurig coffee station to help keep you going, as well as the pots, pans, and cutlery, you might need to whip up a meal in this well-equip galley kitchen.

Backyard
This backyard is perfect for grilling out or enjoying the breeze outside, or is perfect for your pets to run out, unsupervised. There is a small seating area for reading coffee, and tea, as well as a propane grill. Through the back gate you will find an expansive open area for your family to enjoy. This dog friendly area has enough space to play fetch or catch!

Bedrooms (2)
Both bedrooms are located upstairs. Each bedroom comes with two closet spaces, each with plenty of room for hanging clothes, shoes, and a shelf for other less frequently needed items. Each bedroom has a full dresser, with 6+ drawers to hold all your needed belongings. The master has a mounted TV with Apple TV.

Master Bedroom
This master is located on the backside of the house overlooking the small backyard area and the open park. It has a large French provincial dresser with 9 drawers for clothing storage, as well as two (2) closets with hangers.

Second Bedroom
The Second Bedroom has two (2) Twin XL beds (same length as a queen) so that adults or kids will enjoy these high end, extra comfy beds. There is a tall dresser with 5 drawers as well as a 6 drawer French provincial dresser, and two (2) closets with hangers.

Bathrooms (1 + ½)
Located in between the two bedrooms upstairs is a shared bathroom, with plenty of vanity space for two. This shower and tub is well-sized and provides all you need for a comfortable experience.

Pets

Dogs are permitted on a case by case basis with an additional fee.
