"Great location. Close to restaurants, museum, coffee shops. Very clean! And the convenience of the parking garage so close to the property is really nice. The only negative was the many stairs (34) up to unit 2 on the 3rd floor. I would definitely stay here again IF I could get the 2nd floor unit and cut the climb in half to 17 stairs!!! "

"The plus was LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION in downtown Lancaster near the convention center, farmer's market etc... The place was clean and had all the basics for a comfortable stay for one or two as long as they intended to primarily eat out. Parking might have been an issue but I took the train so can't be sure. Basically, you are paying for the central location...and professional management...but the latter failed me during the checkin process...completely. Expedia, Vrbo and the local...

"This property was very charming. It was easy to find and parking was right behind it with a reserved space. Everything was very clean. We really liked that there were ceiling fans in most of the rooms even with the air conditioning available. The owner was very quick to respond to messages through the VRBO app. We did not have any issues with our stay. Plus, I grew up close by, and the best part of our stay was being able to walk across the street to my favorite ice cream shop! "

"The apartment is very well located. It was very easy to walk around town. We didn't have noise issues. Yes, the apartment shares a wall with the main house and there is a little dog, but he barely barked. Street noise was minimal. Bed is comfortable and bathroom is well appointed. Some people said they had trouble checking in. We didn't. But we recommend that you check the link with the checking info before arriving to the unit. "We didn’t even stay there because we couldn’t find the apartment. The directions and address were awful. I communicated with the owner for a refund for at least the second night as we had to get another hotel and he refused in a way that was avoiding. What a waste of money. And the area was very sketchy and the directions sent after the booking stated we couldn’t park close to the apartment. We did see a parking garage but could never find the apartment. We walked and drove up and down streets...
