"Chris is the front office manager of the lodge. Her customer service is excellent.
I recommended they mention that not only do they have a nice hot tub; they also offered a sauna. And during the winter they provide a complementary breakfast.
The place is very safe, quiet and clean.
The room was very spacious. Very good heating system and hot water. Very central location."
"From the four hotels we stayed during our short trip to NZ, this provided us by far with the best experience. Proximity to the Mt Hutt ski area was key, but the best part was the attention and assistance provided numerous times for different reasons - nothing was too much trouble. The food from the restaurant was also superb - delicious, generous, and well presented. Staff was always smiling, pleasant, and ready to assist wherever possible - so helpful especially when travelling with children....
"The staff were very friendly & replied promptly when I asked to extend stay. The price was reasonable. The kitchen was well equiped. Especially liked the fire place in the kitchen. Everything was clean from our room to the kitchen. I would prefer a lighter duvet though my daughter liked the weighted duvet - so that's personal preference. The only concern was being able to hear people in the next room. I could hear snoring when I used the bathroom but at least couldn't hear this when we shut the...

"Reservei escolhendo pra pagar na propriedade, mas às 10am debitaram o pagamento do meu cartão, sem minha autorização! Eu ainda não havia chegado no local e o check-in só começaria às 15h!! Não aceitam pagamento em dinheiro, só cartão e, mesmo assim, adicionam taxa de uso de cartão de crédito. Só util pela proximidade com aeroporto e opções de alimentação por perto. A cama era extremamente dura e os travesseiros vazios. Ao invés de descansar você sai com o corpo moído. Deixamos a chave na caixinha da portaria 9:35am, pois não havia ninguém na recepção pro checkout. Outras pessoas também ficaram lá sem saber o que fazer na recepção... Espero que não haja mais problemas!"
